Job Description
- Insure that all services supporting the working process are running smoothly and efficiently. These include: Security, Cleaning, Safety, Infrastructure.
- Act as a contact point with local and governmental authorities in general – this includes Health, and Safety Authorities
- Establish and implement work strategies and action plans for employees, Showrooms and warehouse.
- Investigate, analyze and review accidents and criminal acts within the organization
- Conduct investigations of significant threats and/or loss or misappropriation of assets that could seriously affect company business
- Manage and supervise company cleaning staff
- Ensure that the company all premises are kept in a clean and tidy condition
- Liaise with outside contractors such as waste removal and gardeners to insure that regular site visits are conducted as per agreements.
- Direct activities of workers engaged in performing building maintenance and other services
- Insure that the cafeteria is adequately supplied with provisions
- Supervise the hygiene standards maintained by cafeteria staff
- Liaise with company management to expedite approvals, authorizations or other matters related to outside authorities.
- Act as a contact point in case of fires or job related accidents
- Lead firefighting activities on the branches and warehouses.
Job Requirements
- University Degree - 3-5 years of experience in the same job (preferred in Retail industries)
