Job Description

  • Ensure the smooth running of the office operations.
  • Provide executive assistant in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate and set up high-level board and management meetings, special events and travel arrangements.
  • Attend meetings and prepare minutes of meetings for follow up on action items.
  • Provide superior administrative support including correspondences, coordination, communications and problem resolution.
  • Create highly effective organizational and filing systems, including quick and thorough indexing, filing.
  • Conduct extensive internet search and perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
  • Secure appropriate signatures and track documents through the approval process.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent English Language Skills.
  • Very Good user of MS Office programs.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • High communication skills.
