Job Description
- Ensure the smooth running of the office operations.
- Provide executive assistant in an effective and efficient manner.
- Coordinate and set up high-level board and management meetings, special events and travel arrangements.
- Attend meetings and prepare minutes of meetings for follow up on action items.
- Provide superior administrative support including correspondences, coordination, communications and problem resolution.
- Create highly effective organizational and filing systems, including quick and thorough indexing, filing.
- Conduct extensive internet search and perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
- Secure appropriate signatures and track documents through the approval process.
Job Requirements
- Excellent English Language Skills.
- Very Good user of MS Office programs.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- High communication skills.
