Job Description
- Create company proposals complying with the company regulations
- Create and modify contracts
- Create Prepare all weekly, monthly and quarterly reports upon request
- Gather and prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports and submits them to senior level management
- Coordinate with clients to ensure the sufficiency of quantities
- Support simplification and standardization of processes to enhance efficiencies
- Identify enhancement opportunities and suggest solutions for improvement to direct manager;
- Keep detailed knowledge about the company products, economy and financial markets up-to-date.
- Prepare and maintain database of sales target status.
- Correspond information between sales department and other departments.
Job Requirements
- Female is a must.
- 3 years of minimum relevant experience
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office; including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Mohandessien and giza or nearby residents are highly recommended
- Excellent/ Fluent English is a must
