Job Description
- Lead, manage, co-ordinate and control the sites engineering activities.
- Managing Engineering Functions, (maintenance, utilities, automation, and factory projects).
- Responsible for fixed assets including all factory equipment and Buildings, preventive maintenance, financial budgets, and contracted resources for 24/7 operation.
- Full member of management team who responsible to set the plane to achieve the company strategy, vision, mission and Targets.
- Plan, prepare and manage maintenance expenditure to deliver targeted levels of plant performance cost effectively.
- Ensure training and application of preventative maintenance schedules and techniques to deliver engineering performance targets
- Organize and monitor compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements. Manage engineering risk by formulation of contingency plans
- Plan and control maintenance of utilities to ensure agreed availability and efficiency improvements within budgeted cost.
Job Requirements
