Job Description
- Full responsibly of accounting work related to a coffee shop..
- Prepare sales reports
- Inventory management (inventory checks , reports and the investment return report)
- Handle salaries (commissions/penalties)
- Monitor cash flow, analysis costs.
- Responsible for handling of cash and the accounts of the company..
- Deal with all the company's bank accounts
- Monitoring and auditing the cashier in the store
- Prepare recipe cost
- Prepare production cost and expected profit
- Prepare payments for suppliers.
- Compare suppliers costs.
- Organizing revenue and cash spending .
- Enter all data in the system.
- Give recommendation to improve the operation
Job Requirements
- Organized
- Handle pressure (work loads)
- Good English
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same field
- Full knowledge on using computers and P.O.S systems
- Preferred to have a car
- Decent and well-mannered
- Active
