Job Description

  • Assisting CEO through [assembling, coordinating, following and managing multidisciplinary missions and tasks ].
  • Establishing and maintaining liaison as required with Executive, all managerial levels , commissions & external entities .
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
  • General executive administrative duties.

Job Requirements

Qualification:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Structural engineer / Petroleum.Engineer)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and a Project Scheduling Tools (such as MS Project, or other).
  • Fluency in English
