Job Description

EF Consulting, is a fast growing company established since 2010, specialized in professional use Cosmetic products. We deal with the professional market.
We are the agent and distributor of many prestigious brands in the domain of beauty and personal care, nail care, make-up & SPA business.

Job Description:

  • Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale;
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
  • Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
  • Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries;
  • Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.
  • Gathering market and customer information;
  • Managing a portfolio of existing clients.
  1. Organize meetings with clients to introduce yourself as the one taking care of their account.
  2. Propose to them other products from the portfolio to expend cooperation.
  3. Payments follow up.
  4. Handle all their issues in order of getting 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Open new accounts (Beauty Salons, Nail Centers and hotel spas) for the company to:
  1. Generate Sales to meet the monthly agreed sales targets.
  2. Schedule meetings with potential clients to introduce our products and services.
  3. Follow-up with potential clients.
  4. Finalize with new clients payments options that meets company's policy.
  5. After Sale service Follow up
  • Understand and learn all the needed technical points on the products ranges.
  • Develop new ideas to increase sales and customers satisfaction.
  • Cooperate with your colleagues to maximize the company's market share and therefore maximize profits.
  • Reporting to the Operations Director.
  • Sales Team weekly meetings with the Managing and Operation Directors.
  • Cold Calls

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Sales background is preferred.
  • Negotiation skills required
