Job Description
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, prioritize them based on their importance; carefully and courteously routes them
- Maintain filing and ordering of faxes, mails and e-mails
- Handle management of the meeting room and its schedule according to Domiatec employees’ appointments and check placing it on the bulletin board for general information on daily basis.
- Develop and maintain a message records for unavailable recipients and ensures their acknowledgement.
- Responsible for receiving ongoing and outgoing correspondences and recording and archiving them on the computer and manually in the books.
- Ensure that the reception area is at all times clean, neat and tidy
- Provide general clerical and typing assistance to the company when needed.
- Issue to all company an updated internal contact list
- Handle the administrative support for visas issuing process (correspondence with embassies).
- Handles travel arrangements for Domiatec employees on business trips or Domiatec VIPs
- Responsible for developing a proper filling system for incoming & outgoing documentation process
- Execute any additional assigned task by chairman or CEO.
Job Requirements
