Job Description
- Configuration management knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, domain structure, services and group policy, advanced TCP/IP functions (Windows Internet Name Service (WINS), Domain Name System (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP)), experience with current Windows Server and Windows Client software architecture, administrative activities and configuration.
- Meeting with customers to determine requirements
- Working with customers to define the scope of a project
- Clarifying a customer’s system specifications, understanding their work practices and the nature of their business.
- Defining software, hardware and network requirements
- Analyzing IT requirements within companies and giving independent and objective advice on the use of IT
- Developing agreed solutions and implementing new systems;
- Presenting solutions in written or oral reports;
- Preparing documentation and presenting progress reports to customers;
- Being involved in sales and support and, where appropriate, maintaining contact with client organizations;
- Identifying potential clients and building and maintaining contacts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Computer Science, or an equivalent of the degree.
- Microsoft extensive experience and some Linux background (preferable).
- Good communication, presentation and documentation skills
