A Senior engineer is an advanced level engineer responsible for juniors & mid seniors assisting.
Main Duties:

- Discuss and articulate solutions to business problems with customer's executives and staff
- Build and deliver custom presentations to customer
- Keep up with industry trends and best practices
- Conduct and lead customer onsite Proofs-of-Concept
- Be a visionary to our prospects
- Continue to develop and expand industry and product knowledge
- Own the technical relationship with the customers.
- Provide innovative solutions and strategies to solve complex issues and client's business problems
- Provide detailed evaluation of opportunities, task plans and technical approaches for projects
- As integral member of the business development team, provide effective presentations, demonstration and technical support.
Job Requirements
- Able to fully mentor juniors
- Able to fully communicate with client professionally.
- We will define an internal protocol.
- Technical communication course is a first step.

- Able to estimate tasks roughly correctly.
- Works with little or no supervision.

- 2-4 years experience within the software industry.
- 3 training courses
- Experience in systems analysis and/or client needs analysis.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills
- Exhibits good project planning and time management skills.
- Exhibits strong mentoring skills
