Job Description
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
- Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
- Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.
- Investigate bankruptcies and other complex financial transactions and prepare reports summarizing the findings.
- Appraise, evaluate, and inventory real property and equipment, recording information such as the property's description, value, and location.
- Maintain and examine the records of government agencies.
- Maintain general ledger to include the preparation of journal entries, coding of invoices, accounts analysis and reconciliation, closing books monthly, and setting up new accounts.
- Performs bank reconciliation monthly, verifies all deposits, and addresses questions and problems from banking institutions.
- Performs accounts payable duties such as verifying all invoices for payment, ensuring expenditures are charged to appropriate accounts.
- Perform monthly cash reconciliations and various balance sheet account controls to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bsc. Accounting.
- Certificates: preferred Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Certified Public Accountant
- (CPA).
- Experience: From 3:5 years in the same field
- Language: Very Good Command of English Language.
- Computer: To perform this job successfully the following computer proficiency are required:
