Job Description
- Manage all assigned construction jobs from initiation to completion assuring on time delivery within budgets, adhering to project specifications.
- Prepare project work plans, monitor progress and update plans as required.
- Monitor cash flow projection (in & out) and report actual cash flow and variance to the management.
- Manage resources and expenses to achieve contract completion within the set budget.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering
- Very strong track record of project management experience from the construction scope
- At least 10-12 years of experience out of which 5 years in housing /residential projects
- Scheduling and costing experience.
- Maximum age is 42.
