Job Description
- Welcome company visitor in person
- Identify visitor requirement and coordinate it with assigned department.
- Write all company announcement and distribute it among employees
- Ensure that reception is clean
- Maintain filling system for all document
- Collect employee data and update it periodically; emails, telephones… etc
- Write document required from other department.
Job Requirements
- Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Good command of English language.
- Must have a demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- 0-1 years of experience in administration
- Excellent communication skills
- Very presentable
- Working days : 6 days per week
- Working hours : 10 AM till 6 PM
