Search for new customers and update database with new data and updating existing one.
Using different channel to contact customers via email, telephone, management referrals, social network and outside visit to open sales leads.
Schedule meetings, Make presentation and site visits.
Achieve assigned sales target.
Follow up with customers on open leads and update its status daily.
Prepare all documents required to close deals, signing documents and disbursement of fund.
Prepares reports that show sales activities for team on daily basis
Negotiate with customer concerning contract terms and method of payment to reach achieve maximum revenue.
Representing the company in local and international Real Estate Exhibitions and conferences.
Maintaining a professional appearance at all times and to conduct personal behavior in a mature professional business manner when representing the company
Client consultation and assistance in choosing a property that best meets their requirements and budget while accompanying them to the site when requested
Develop and maintain strong business relationship with clients, by answering their concerns and inquiries, as well as providing information on real estate market, to build a solid base of satisfied clients, and to offer continuing services to ensure referrals generation
Prepare a statistical report on un-closed leads by categorizing it.
Prepare a statistical report on reasons of closed leads and obstacles faced in order to determine best trend to win leads

Excellent ability to multitask and prioritize work
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Good command of English language.
Must have a demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
1- 2 years experience in sales MUST be in real estate
