Job Description
- Answer calls professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Research required information using available resources
- Track, follow-up and resolve customer’s outstanding issues timely
- Analyze and resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate corrective actions.
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Process orders, forms and applications
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Route calls to appropriate resource
