Job Description

  • Answer calls professionally
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Track, follow-up and resolve customer’s outstanding issues timely
  • Analyze and resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate corrective actions.
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Process orders, forms and applications
  • Identify and escalate priority issues
  • Route calls to appropriate resource
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary
  • Complete call logs
  • Produce call reports

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree from reputable university 
  • 0-2 years of Experience 
  • Fluent written & spoken English
