Job Description
- Sets plans and strategy to lead Auto Center to ensure achievement of business goals in sales and service.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Insure that all work is performed to proper specifications
- Build, lead, motivate and develop a highly successful team that achieves its objectives
- Develop and use various reporting tools to facilitate the department planning and controlling
- Enhance customer satisfaction by providing effective training and resolving technical problems
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Automotive Engineering
- 3-5 years experience in management Fast Service Centers
- 5th Settlement, Nasr city or Heliopolis Resident
- Age: less than 35 years
