Job Description
- Present a professional, welcoming first contact to all clients by phone, in person, and email.
- Responsible for keeping office equipment maintained.
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail, courier.
- Responsible for managing supplies and maintenance of storage areas
- Provide support for teams: staff travel arrangements and expense tracking, program, etc.
- Provide support for Marketing/Communications; maintain mailing list, assist with mailings and packets,
- Translating documents from English to Arabic and Vis Versa especially legal documents .
- Ability to make decisions independently or to escalate issues as needed.
- Ability to organize information.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree Law is a Must.
- 3 to 5 Years’ Relative Experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Working knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Multinational/ FMCG/ Pharmaceutical Background is preferable.
- Flexible to travel to Alexandria Office per Business needs.
