Job Description

  • Present a professional, welcoming first contact to all clients by phone, in person, and email.
  • Responsible for keeping office equipment maintained.
  • Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail, courier.
  • Responsible for managing supplies and maintenance of storage areas
  • Provide support for teams: staff travel arrangements and expense tracking, program, etc.
  • Provide support for Marketing/Communications; maintain mailing list, assist with mailings and packets,
  • Translating documents from English to Arabic and Vis Versa especially legal documents .
  • Ability to make decisions independently or to escalate issues as needed.
  • Ability to organize information.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree Law is a Must.
  • 3 to 5 Years’ Relative Experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Working knowledge of software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Multinational/ FMCG/ Pharmaceutical Background is preferable.
  • Flexible to travel to Alexandria Office per Business needs.
