Job Description

  • Welcome and advise customers about the maintenance process.
  • Reserve maintenance dates for customers.
  • Assure maintenance regulations are based on Toyota standards.
  • Assign the cars to service advisors.
  • Follow up with customers concerning their car’s maintenance process.
  • Develop monthly reports.
  • Ensure the availability of spare parts needed for maintenance.

Job Requirements

  • 0-2 years experience in automobile/travel/service industry.
  • Advanced listening skills.
  • Ability to enhance customer relationships to build mutually rewarding partnerships.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Very good command of English.
