Job Description
- Responsible for ensuring the overall design content, development and details needed for the projects, established by the designer.
- Leads and monitors the design process from conceptual phase through construction, ensuring the design ideas is consistent and properly executed.
- Responsible for technical resolution and coordination for the projects.
- Responsible for developing specifications and details.
- Produces and supervise technical drawings with other less senior level architects.
- Produces project report / plan to meet the target date.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of design, trends, construction, material application and manufacturer – supplier.
- Advanced knowledge of architectural building systems.
- Advanced knowledge of interiors finishing materials.
- Possesses strong hand and advanced CAD drafting skills.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as ArchiCAD.
- Ability to work in team environment.
- Ability to work effectively meet deadlines.
- Ability to Use computer applications or other automated systems such as spreadsheets, word processing, calendar, e-mail and database software in performing work assignments
