Job Description
- Solicits new reputable retail accounts to the branch both depositors and borrowers.
- Communicates the requests of retail clients to the competent H.O departments.
- Monitors their daily transactions and achieves the set targets while maintaining the quality of branch's corporate portfolio.
- Establish business connections with current clients,attract potential clients.
- Cross-sell other bank's products and service to maximize bank's profitability.
- Handle all customer complaints in a timely manner to increase satisfaction.
- Receives and checks credit applications and all necessary documents.
- Reviews retail credit contracts.
- Contribute to the achievement of the branch target in order to enhance bank's market share.
- No direct or indirect reports to be supervised.
- Reports directly to branch manger and head of operations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years banking experience in sales field.
- Excellent Selling skills.
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
- Good level of English.
- Challenging personality.
