Undergraduate Intern Testing

The intern is hired to work in Testing Programs at AMIDEAST, supporting the administration and processing of Testing programs, with particular focus on AMIDEAST’s ETS Country Master Distributorship tests—particularly the TOEIC, ITP TOEFL. He/She is also expected to do all the scanning answer sheets.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

• Scan /score ITP and TOEIC answer sheets Inventory Data Entry.
• Assists in preparing test rooms and checking in examiners.
• Backs up proctors on days of exams.
• Assists in Preparing testing materials / handbags for weekend test sessions.
• Hands ITP and TOEIC score reports to public – only upon need.
• Updates the lists on the shared drive with the received ordered SAT score reports once they are received. (average 1000 to 3000 score reports/week).
• Assists with local registration confirmations.
• Maintains the testing filling system.Works on statistics as requested.
• Other assigned duties upon need
