Job Description
- Handel daily requirements for all branches.
- Prepare Action and implementation plan to achieve and increase sales rate.
- Make Audit for all financial results, Budget, and planned and actual profit share.
- Supervise the branch managers, branches and visit branches irregularly to make sure of employees commitment to quality of procedures, protocol of services Preparation and the rules of personal hygiene and sterilization methods and good overall appearance of the clinic.
- Review all available information sources, previous clients, sales reports and reports that describe the performance levels of employees.
- Making sure that the marketing plan for each branch suit with the nature, size and circumstances of each branch
- Coordination with human resources management regarding sector restructuring and participation in the selection of the new employees.
- Development and implementation of an annual re-investment plans include the opening of new branches,
- Review labor turnover, their causes and make proposals.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 Experience years at least in Medical and Health field
- Strong background and work experience in Finance
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, and access
- Excellent in English
- Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major
- Strong in planning, develop, and work under pressure and management
