Job Description
- Manage drivers so they adhere to strict schedules
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection
- Organize the daily routes for all the company’s vehicles.
- Maintain weekly/daily efficient driver's schedules to fulfill operations requests effectively.
- Prepare and implement preventive regular maintenance, inspection, & service schedules for all the company’s vehicles.
- Coordinate with vendors for any repairs, maintenance, or any other services.
- Collect, review, and maintain data sheets regularly for vehicle usage, monthly mileage, fuel consumption, asset expenses, etc.

- Proven work experience as a Fleet Specialist or similar role
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail to ensure records are kept as ne
