Manage all daily transactions in all warehouses and ensure the accuracy of the stocks.Manage the daily distribution plans by coaching the team in planning, solving problems, trucks Maintance, and customer problems to achieve the distribution plan on time
Coordinate between the warehouses to ensure that all teams will achieve their objectives.
Ensure the implementation of all company systems and procedures according to ISO standard procedures and update all systems whenever needed.
Adjust discrepancies based on the Finance approval.
Follow up the expiry dates for FP warehouses and feedback marketing team.
Get rid of the stagnant and expired finished products, raw materials, spare parts, and packaging materials by issuing scrap notes and ensuring the physical destruction of the materials or selling items that can be sold.
Supervise work progress with various departments Production, Quality, Finance, Scientific Office and International Markets to ensure that there is not any obstacles at work process.
