Job Description

Job Purpose:

  • Facilitate and manage development of each Asset Tactical Strategies, Growth plans and integration within and across the different functions/assets by coordinating and facilitating Commercial Risk Assessment and mitigation plans, perform commercial arrangement analysis and provide techno-commercial support to address immediate, mid and long term development, production and monetization targets and shortfall to safeguard value and growth.

 

Asset Strategy Plan:

  • Initiate and facilitate the preparation and review of Assets Tactical Strategies, investment and implementation Plans covering Development, Production and Monetization to identify growth opportunities.

Implementation & Performance Review

  • Monitor, review and manage the implementation of approved strategies and plans, areas/business/assets performance together with mitigations and interventions for each assets/functions to ensure full alignment to achieve growth aspiration and production targets.

Asset Enhancement:

  • Analyze the business performance, impact of risk and uncertainty such as production, prices, delays,and coordinate techno-commercial assessment to determine opportunities for high .
  • Coordinating and facilitating different Performance Units and planning to develop Asset Portfolio and Asset Reference Plan
  • Coordinating and facilitating Asset Tactical Strategies
  • Conduct and analyze the Asset performance, impact of risk and uncertainty to address mid-term and long-term performance problem
  • Ensuring approved Strategies are implemented as planned
  • Engage with various Disciplines in order to conduct internal and external analysis to identify opportunities, threats, emerging issues
  • Ensure accurate and thorough records of all issues in each Performance Unit

Job Requirements

  • A university degree preferably in Science, Engineering or Economics.
  • A professional qualification or advanced degree would be an advantage.
  • At least 5-8 years of Economic Evaluation in a related industry is an added advantage.
  • Fluent in English
  • Possess strong interpersonal qualities with good networking,
  • Teamwork and strong emotional stability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Technical/Functional understanding Poultry, Feed Mill or Agriculture is an advantage 
  • Personal impact, influence & creative problem solving
  • Ability to engage with various levels of people
  • Ability to work under challenging environment
