Job Description
- Responsible for coordinating the company/client travel needs
- Schedules hotel and flight accommodations and procures necessary documentation such as passports, visas, or other clearances.
- Ensures that travel needs are met within the constraints of the client/company travel budget.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
- Works under immediate supervision.
- Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
- BS/BA degree in Hospitality or Business (required).
- Very Good command of the English language; both written and spoken. French & Portuguese are highly praised.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel as well as the ability to work with large amounts of data (required).
- Experience working in service, banking, travel & tourism (required).
- Must demonstrate a high level of customer service in responding to the information needs of all levels of the organization.
- Resourceful and keen to learn new working methods and accept fresh challenges.
- Process driven and have a high degree of integrity and ethics.
- Must be able to work alone, supervise others, and handle changing priorities.
