Job Description

The Operations Agent helps organizing the daily operations cycle from receiving inquiries to matching clients with our caregivers and following up on them.

He/ She ensures a consistent and profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning and management of the Operations and our campaigns. As well as Identifying objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive inquiries and schedule appointments between Clients and Caregiver
  • Matching Clients and Caregivers
  • Updating Client information and requests
  • Organization and supervision of operations cycle
  • Arranging and supervising the money collection process
  • Day-to-day management of client activity
  • Conduct interviews with clients and caregivers
  • Attend events and conferences as a representative of Cairo Sitters

Job Requirements

You should have a passion and curiosity for new and innovative ideas, Organization and Customer Relations. Come prepared with a strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Key Requirements:
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
  • Ability to look at situations from several points of view
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Experience in a startup or fast paced business is a plus
  • A good sense of humor is a plus
