Job Description
The Operations Agent helps organizing the daily operations cycle from receiving inquiries to matching clients with our caregivers and following up on them.
He/ She ensures a consistent and profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning and management of the Operations and our campaigns. As well as Identifying objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive inquiries and schedule appointments between Clients and Caregiver
- Matching Clients and Caregivers
- Updating Client information and requests
- Organization and supervision of operations cycle
- Arranging and supervising the money collection process
- Day-to-day management of client activity
- Conduct interviews with clients and caregivers
- Attend events and conferences as a representative of Cairo Sitters
Job Requirements
You should have a passion and curiosity for new and innovative ideas, Organization and Customer Relations. Come prepared with a strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

- Experience in a startup or fast paced business is a plus
