Job Description

  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Responsible for the performance and development of the sales executives. Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Conducts one-on-one review with all Account Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executive’s sales and activity performance.
  • Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
  • Meets with key clients and potential clients regularly.
  • Works with operations manager and engineers to develop the co-operation between sales and Operations
  • Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives.
  • Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFP responses.
  • Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations.
  • Controls sales expenses to meet budget guidelines.
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Recruits, tests, and hires Account Executives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.
  • Should have a good understanding of Facility Management business nature.
  • Provides all needed technical, product, service, or equipment related information to the client.
  • Gives feedback on offers, market & competitors and propose improvements in service, pricing, marketing materials or services.
  • Maintain and update Sales Force CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Database.
  • Improves professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Job Requirements

  • B.Sc. of Engineering.
  • Preferably Master Degree in Business Administration. 
  • 5+ years of sales experience in facility management with 2+ years in managerial position 
  • Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills 
  • Proven ability to motivate and lead a team 
  • Good coaching and mentoring skills 
  • An energetic, positive, and professional demeanor 
  • Excellent Computer Skills. Fluent English. 
  • Fluent English 
  • Car Owner
