Job Description
- Responsible for the contract / agreements / prices with subcontractors
- Supervision on the implementation and updating of Sub / DWG list .
- Is also responsible for the follow-up SUB / DWGS adoption with sto / consultant.
- In charge of overseeing the renovation timetable
- It is also responsible for finding a solution for obstacles which could delay the adoption of SUBs / DWGs
- Responsible for identifying tasks and trends of work - according to the weekly policy project
- Is responsible for developing an alternative plan in case of delay in updating the list of tasks of the weekly - updated
- Responsible for the supervision of Daily / weekly routine reports provided to the client
- Responsible for determining the cost of the bill in accordance with the periodic cash flow of the project and the development of this task is the responsibility of the CM, to follow up its progress where
- Supervise the preparation of a formula - guardian of the invoice A / guardian (must be relevant section CC )
- Supervising the preparation and periodic bills for projects adoption of the client / consultant
- Supervising the preparation and adoption of a few pamphlets
Job Requirements
- Living in Cairo is most preferred
- Experience in electromechanically construction management field for at least 10 years
- Very good English language level is a mandatory
- Fully awareness & familiarity with Microsoft office package (outlook, Excel,…etc)
