Job Description

  • Determine, according to the Client's needs, the amount, type and distribution channel of cement, as well as the value to be deposit and the concerning tax amount for each Client, accordingly create sales orders after receiving the concerning deposit receipts or bank transfer proofs, registering in the clients accounts all relevant information (date, quantity, type, distribution channel), printing the sales contract for Client's agreement and saving the Client's account after its agreement.
  • Perform the renewal of the random codes for the ex-works dispatch in case of expiring of the validity.
  • Control the bank account's movements, on a daily and weekly basis, by comparing them with the commercial postings in SAP, detect and analyse any kind of deviation.
  • Issue a daily sales and bank report, the first one including sales volume and dispatched quantities by cement type and the second one includes the bank movements concerning deposits and transfers, to be submited to the Commercial Area Coordinator.
  • Preparing information requested by the Tax Authorities to control if the tax payments of the Clients are fulfilled.
  • Validate all tax documents submitted by clients.
  • Follow the Quality, Safety and Environmental policies and regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate of a Reputable Egyptian University, Majoring in Accounting 
  • Experience of at least 3 years in the same field 
  • Very Good English Fluency 
  • MS Office is a must
  • SAP User is a must
  • Alexandria Resident is a plus
