Job Description

Supply Chain Manager for Barsoum Pharmacies:


After finishing the training you should be able to do the following:
  • Forecasting levels of demand for products to meet the business needs and keeping a constant check on stock levels to supply 3 branches of their daily and regular needs
  • Identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, and building and maintaining good relationships with them
  • Negotiating and agreeing contracts and monitoring their progress, checking the quality of service provided with the suppliers
  • Processing payments and invoices in co-ordination with the Financial manager
  • Keeping contract files and using them as reference for the future
  • Producing reports and statistics using computer software
  • Training and supervising the work of other staff members

Job Requirements


Education:
  • Bachelor Degree in Science or Agricultural Engineer 

Skills:
  • Good knowledge of computers
  • Good communication skills
  • Good management skills
