Job Description
- Create the company internal for all the department “ HR, Procurement, Sales and
- Marketing, Health and Safety, Administration, Maintenance, Production and Quality.
- Create Mandatory Process needed for ISO Certificates.
- Make internal Training for ISO for the internal audit team “ 10 member “, explain ISO certificate, Audit Principle and techniques.
- Create Internal Audit check List, conduct internal audit, Management review.
- Glass Rock certified ISO9001, 14001 and OSHAS 18001 Dec. 2012 without any consultant, system internally created reviewed and approved.
- Create Quality Control Plan for both line, put product specifications, reviewed and approved.
- Create Production process limit, Control chart and Quality characteristics.
- Create the LAB Process for all the LAB equipment “ Oven, Microscope, tensile and compression machine..etc “
- Lead the project of CE Mark certificate “ European Certificate”, prepare the samples contact the certificate body, prepare check list and conduct the audit and Gap Analysis report.
- Lead the project of DCL certificate “ Dubai Lenience Certificate”, prepare the sample, contact
- The certificate body, prepare check list and conduct the audit and Gap Analysis report
Job Requirements
- Six Sigma and ISO is a must
- 5 Years experience at least
