This internship program is developed through a collaboration between AIESEC, the American University in Cairo and the Indian government to improve the educational systems in the two countries, develop the skills of youth and provide them with International teaching professional experiences.

Job Description:

• Teach languages: English to students of age group 8-15 years.
• Teach a dance form popular in your country to students of age group 8-15 years.
• Teach a musical instrument to students of age group 8-15 years.
• Train the students of age group 8-15 years on a sport.

Measurable results expected from the intern

• Adhere to the school policies, and completion of syllabus, Performance of students,behavior.

Preparation required from the intern before arrival

•  Prepare thoroughly about the internship by reading and researching as much as possible about the school and your role.

Learning points that the intern will obtain during the internship

• Experience of education system in India, exposure to different age groups teaching process, experience of process and policies of schools, cultural exchange, share knowledge of their country’s educational 
  system.

Duration of the Internship

• 6 Months
• Intern can be provided with certificate and letters of recommendations from head teachers if he excels.

Salary

• 300 USD/ Month
• The Global Internship Program's salary ensures the coverage of the monthly living expenses of the intern and are set based on the living costs of each city in India.
