Job Description

  • Manage all related work activities related to CEO
  • Plan and coordinate the calls and meetings and different appointments 
  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
  • Prepare correspondence on behalf of the CEO, including the drafting of general replies.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
  • Might assist in handling the marketing activities of the company

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration ( American, German, Canadian Universities are mostly welcomed)
  • Graduated from Language or International School is preferable
  • Car Owner
  • English fluently spoken and written
  • French or German are preferable but not a must
  • Small background of Architecture, interior design and contracting
  • Working Hours: Based on necessity
  • Females Only
  • Age not more than 30
