Job Description
- Arabic Speakers
- Currently in Saudi Arabia
- High School as a Minimum education qualification.
- 0-2 years of experience
- Support and provide superior service via phones, e-mails and faxes as a receiver and caller
- Customer service experience
- Primarily Arabic Language – speak/read/write skills ; moderate in English
- Good communications skills
- Knowledge of MS office
- Candidates Active on Social Media are preferred ( Facebook, twitter, Instagram … )
- Keyboard proficiency and MS Office/PC skills – minimum 40 wpm
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
- Be self-motivated and take initiative
- Work well with a team and be co‐operative
