Job Description
- Coordinate all activities related to the document control procedure including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.
- Code each document with different unique code.
- Prepare filling process and tools.
- File the technical office documents, all records, project specifications, drawings, and contractual terms.
- Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
- Typing of site document and follow up of all the site needs.
- Maintain the documents and drawing in the document control office under safe custody without any damage or deterioration with easy tractability.
- Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project.
- Manage the document controller system.
- Ensure that everything drawing or other design document is received by the relevant trades and consultants.
- Write, review, or execute, plans for testing new or established document management system.
- Monitor regulatory activity to maintain compliance with records and documents management law.
