Job Description
- Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
- Provide administrative file and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Social benefits and insurance follow ups
- Recording absence, attendance and reporting weekly, monthly into department heads.
- Answer internal inquiries regarding company policies, recent vacancies, internal transfers, and other pertinent information in order to facilitate the work flow process.
