  • Handling customers' inquiries over the phone that is related to the bank issues.
  • Register complaints.
  • Handling billing issues.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
  • Good, Very Good English speaker.
  • Fresh graduate from university or 4 years institute.
  • Military status must be identified.
  • Interested to work over the phone.
  • Flexibility to work inside the bank (in Cairo only).
  • Maximum Age is 27.
  • Basic understanding of banking knowledge.
