Job Description
The Operations Executive role ensures orders placed by internet users are collected, shipped, and delivered on time, responsibilities include;
- Online orders management and tracking through different couriers.
- Confirming orders by phone with clients
- Managing reporting for online orders
- Managing product pickup and delivery for online orders
- Acting as the focal point between our clients and courier companies
- Listing products on online stores and managing stock updates (Excel Expertise is required)
- Supporting the operations manager as needed
