Job Description
- Meets prospective clients, providing them with the necessary information about the organization while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Maintains the existing clients.
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
- Set & Achieve Monthly Sales Goals.
- Manages the organization's budget.
- Direct & Manage Sales team and oversees sales work.
- Ensure proper documentation of all members information: accurate, complete and updated in a timely manner.
- Prepares various packages to meet client’s needs.
- Keeping statistical and financial records.
- Oversees the sales activities of the Ladies Branches including membership sales, promotional activities and general administration with the aim of driving the business forward.
- Frequently review daily/weekly/monthly sales numbers with all branches to identify potential revenue gaps and opportunities.
- Provides the Top Management with Sales Regular Reports.
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the same field.
- Excellent Interpersonal & Presentation Skills.
- Good Knowledge of the Fitness Industry.
- Self-confident and able to comfortably interact with Clients.
- Strong Business Background and Very good Communicating Skills.
- Must be physically fit.
