Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketing Team Leader to:
- Lead and motivate our successful telemarketing team.
- You will be working in a fast paced, exciting environment where you will be involved in the daily sales activities assisting with the marketing of the business, attending marketing events as required and helping the team to achieve set KPIs and targets.
- Your duties will include identifying new business opportunities, generating your own sales leads and booking appointments for the sales team.
- You will be responsible for developing and implementing motivational techniques for your team and will conduct daily team brief ‘huddles’.
- You will also carry out regular one to ones, listen in on training calls and coach the telemarketing team. You will manage and report on daily, weekly and monthly KPI’s to be delivered to the management team. It is also important you are able to develop and implement motivation and questioning techniques within telemarketing.
Job Requirements

- Operational Experience as a Telemarketing Agent

- Building different types of reports using Excel and CRM application
