Job Description
- Monthly reporting to management team and Board for all reporting entities
- Researching and developing all accounting positions and policy (this includes complexities around in-licensing activities, acquisitions, real estate transactions, financings, restructurings, R&D collaboration agreements and more).
- Bank covenant compliance reporting
- Account analysis.
- Developing and ensuring compliance with all SOP’s
- Individual will be responsible for budgeting and forecasting of the balance sheet, as well as certain P&L and cash flow items.
- Ensuring that Purdue has very strong internal financial and accounting controls
- Establishing the agenda for Audit Committee Meetings, providing effective tools to monitor the overall internal control environment as well as key financial estimates, policies and procedures.
- Coordination of the annual audits and preparation of the annual financial statements.
- Submission of reporting package information to support worldwide reporting.
