Job Description
- Administer the HR Department daily tasks in addition to Customer Care department.
- Arrange appointments, prepare agenda and take minutes of meeting.
- Ordering stationary supplies.
- Handle the vacations of all Medmark Employees.
- Perform general duties to include but not limited to: photocopying , faxing , mailing and filling.
- Set up and coordinate meetings.
- Meeting and Greeting Customers.
- Handling Medical Insurance for all Medmark Employees.
- Conduct phone interviews.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Business administration or related field
- Excellent command of English language is a Must.
- 1-2 Years of experience in administration.
- Presentable & Punctual.
- Pleasant with very good communication skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Team player & Quick Learner.
- Excellent in using Microsoft office skills.
