Job Description

  • Administer the HR Department daily tasks in addition to Customer Care department.
  • Arrange appointments, prepare agenda and take minutes of meeting.
  • Ordering stationary supplies.
  • Handle the vacations of all Medmark Employees.
  • Perform general duties to include but not limited to: photocopying , faxing , mailing and filling.
  • Set up and coordinate meetings.
  • Meeting and Greeting Customers.
  • Handling Medical Insurance for all Medmark Employees.
  • Conduct phone interviews.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of Business administration or related field
  • Excellent command of English language is a Must.
  • 1-2 Years of experience in administration.
  • Presentable & Punctual.
  • Pleasant with very good communication skills.
  • Must be able to work under pressure.
  • Team player & Quick Learner.
  • Excellent in using Microsoft office skills.
  • Female
