Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Preparation & implementation of an annual department plan
- Direct and follow up on department activities and task
- Account Management of operators and third parties
- Financial follow up with Finance Dept and vendors
- Present new RBT Content ideas through proper channels
- Set up and maintain quality assurance parameters of company RBT Content
- Training & development of Dept Staff
- Evaluation and updating of RBT Content library
- Management of RBT Portal.
- Create RBT Product Strategy.
- Develop new markets, channels
Tasks:
- Achieving product penetration targets as per set plans in co-operation with operation’s team.
- Managing supplier / partner relationships related to product and service delivery (external and internal) - owning relationship with preferred partners, regular review of commercial terms.
- Delivering Operational and Service Performance Targets.
- Delivering customer product satisfaction targets and improvements that are driven by defined customer needs.
- Supporting marketing with take to market activities including product positioning, channel activity and specialist events.
- Full commercial ownership of product and all relevant business processes that support the management of the products.
- Being the Awakening expert on products market, monitoring retail pricing and operator requirements and sharing best practice and key market learning’s.
- Owning and evolving the product development and maintenance roadmap for product set.
- Maintain close contact with development teams to ensure high quality and efficient handovers of major service enhancements or new products at the appropriate point in the product lifecycle.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with operators and 3rd parties.
- Continually seek out potential content providers/partners based on the needs of our target segments and demographics.
- Propose and develop content-based offers and services among all the portals.
- Propose and implement content update schedules for all content channels, genres, and categories.
- Seek out niche content that can be used to differentiate Awakening from its competitors.
- Ensure all content updates take place as scheduled, aiming to keep all the portals up-to-date.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Job Requirements
Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years in the consumer portal industry, out of which 2 years should have been in project/product management or technical sales management within a content provider/ telecoms operator/ consumer portal.
