Job Description
- Preferred Female with Picture
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone or face to face
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaint
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle units inquiries
- Provide pricing and delivery information process requests
- Organize workflow to meet customer time
- Frames direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resources
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints

- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
