Job Description
- Run daily external errands for the office, as required.
- Oversee the maintenance of Elif vehicles,
- ensuring that these are kept in good working condition. Monitor these vehicles on a weekly basis (checking oil leaks, accident damage, tire conditions, mileage control and servicing).
- Ensure that the mechanical state of vehicles and defects are reported and attended to as soon as they are detected.
- Ensure all accident-damaged vehicles are repaired and the necessary quotations sourced from ELIF recognized service providers.
- Deliver packages, goods and mail.Assist in the transportation of ELIF staff who may be visiting the office by transporting them to hotels and/or office.
