Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install, configure and monitor the daily performance of the computer systems (Windows 7/8 and Mac OS X)
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
- Responsible about LAN, WAN and Wireless Networks.
- Configure, install and administer all network devices. (Modem, Switches, Access Points, load balancer, Printer…)
- Manage and maintain the network, as well as network performance monitoring
- manage the Cloud Bitdefender Security system
- Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
- Microsoft Exchange Online
- Configure, Support and monitor software based voice system (3CX)
- Verify that an internet connection is functional throughout the entire company at all times.
- Troubleshooting any network and connectivity issues
- Ensure that systems are scalable, reliable, secure, supportable, and achieve business and IT performance and budgetary objectives.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent from one of the leading universities.
- Certified MCSE or MCITP and CCNA
- Strong knowledge of all Microsoft OS. (windows8, Windows server 2003, 2008)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012 (preferred)
- Eager to learn new technologies
- 1-3 years of experience
