Responsibilities:

You take over the operative management and responsibility for our Egyptian subsidiary with its approx. 75 employees.
You are reporting directly to the Headquarter in Germany.
Targeted strategic and operational development of the location along with optimization of all company processes in compliance with consideration of a performance measurement system is the most important tasks.
You take advantage of modern management methods including professional project management and continuous improvement process (CIP) in all divisions.
Active leadership also comprises to you the development of your employees.
In our internal and external presentation your personality is setting new standards and makes significant contributions to the successful development of Jokey Egypt.

Your native language is Arabic.
Besides your above mentioned skills entrepreneurial thinking and a high awareness of responsibility are key attributes for you.
You are known for transparent information, people skills, the ability to work in a team and at the same time for goal-orientated actions and assertiveness.
You have already worked several years in a similar demanding position.
Based on a technical education you were able to acquire further economical skills.
Conceptual and strategic approaches as well as pragmatism are characteristics for you.
You impress by a high level of natural authority.
Professionalism coupled with good solution expertise complete your profile.
Due to our international focus good English knowledge is mandatory.
