- A leading (Well Known) Multinational Bank Operating in Egypt
Job Description:
- Manages the Credit Operations Function
- Ensures customer limits are released in the Transaction Processing system as per approvals
- Manages the work flow to ensure efficient operations of the unit.
- Ensures process and procedures are continually
- Ensures internal audits and measures are undertaken regularly and reviewed
- Drives constant improvement in the quality of service provided
- Manages relationship with various stake holders.
- Works closely with Business Partner to ensure a proper governance structure is implemented for management of the process.
- Motivates the team and focuses on the development of direct reports.
- Coordinates with support functions for infrastructure and HR related issues.
- Ensures business continuity and stability
- Participates and executes all Credit Services Change initiatives.
- Maintains Bank internal control standards
Job Requirements
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce Stream or MBA Finance.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of credit products, Collateral types.
- Hands on Working Knowledge of Corporate Credit Operations which includes Pre and Post Approval process.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation & persuasive skills
