Job Description
- Providing day to day Membership administrative support.
- Handling correspondents (phone calls,emails and faxes)
- Coordinating the shipments with the courier.
- Meeting & greeting customers .
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, filing and distributing pouches.
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.
- Follow up with concerned department on projects and inquiries.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Business Administration/Commerce.
- 0-2 year of experience in Administration.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Excellent in MS office tools
- Punctual & Accurate.
- Organized & presentable.
- Female.
